About Karl

Karl was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art.   He received his Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.  After law school he returned to the inter-mountain west to practice water law in Colorado.  Prior to joining the Firm Karl was the City Attorney for the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Karl’s practice focuses on Water Law and PolicyMunicipal, Special Districts and Land Use matters.
