About Harper

Harper joined Karp Neu Hanlon in 2024 after having spent a summer interning with the firm in 2023. Having grown up near Salida, Colorado, Harper attended law school at Colorado Law in Boulder with the goal of returning to the central mountains after graduation. During law school, Harper focused her interests on natural resources law and American Indian law and represented clients through the American Indian Law Clinic. Harper’s practice areas include municipal, land use, water, business, and natural resources law.

Harper is a singer-songwriter and plays folk/old-time music on the guitar, mandolin, and banjo. She loves spending time in the outdoors biking, cross-country skiing, and running.
